Family Mediation
A cooperative, peaceful, and solution-focused path to resolving your family law matters.
What Is Mediation?
It is an informal negotiation process regularly used to settling your family law matters as an alternative to the expense and uncertainty of the judicial process.
In mediation, you meet with a neutral party (the mediator) who helps both sides communicate and agree on how to resolve their disputes in a way that works best for everyone involved.
Parties can use mediation as a tool either with or without attorneys involved.
Can We Get A Divorce Without Lawyers?
Pro Se mediations are mediations where the participants are not represented by lawyers. One divorce lawyer cannot represent both parties — however you can have a divorce mediation without lawyers.
Mediation is a cooperative, honorable, and solution-focused method for resolving your divorce. Our process is low-cost and totally online.
